The opening event of the 2024-25 Season of the Saint Bartholomew Concert Series features soprano Camilla Gehring and baritone David Anderson presenting their second annual concert of Broadway favorites and rediscoveries. This year’s theme is It Takes Two: songs by Lerner and Loewe (My Fair Lady, Camelot), Kander and Ebb (Cabaret, Chicago), and the lyricist team of Comden and Green (On the Town, Bells Are Ringing). Camilla’s sets will include favorites from Brigadoon, Peter Pan, Camelot, and Cabaret. David’s sets will include a song from Lerner and Loewe’s first show, The Day before Spring, as well as songs from an early Kander and Ebb musical, The Happy Time, and Comden and Green’s last show, The Will Rogers Follies.
Admission is free, donations are welcome.
